Application: Place the pad on the desired area, such as your back, or neck, or belly. Direct contact with your skin will allow the medicinal properties of the plants to be released more naturally.

Placement: Position the mask over your eyes, ensuring it covers your entire eye area comfortably.

Usage Time: Keep the pad in place for 15 to 30 minutes. This way, you'll enjoy a more effective and longer-lasting experience.

Usage Time: Relax with the mask on for 10 to 30 minutes to relieve eye fatigue and enjoy a moment of calm.

Removal: After the recommended time, carefully remove the pad. If you feel any discomfort during use, take it off immediately.

Frequency: You can use it multiple times a day as needed, but avoid exceeding the recommended time to prevent irritation.

Do Not Wash: Avoid washing the therapeutic pads and masks. Instead, make sure to keep them clean and dry after each use. You can let them air out a bit to eliminate any moisture.

Avoid Creams and Lotions: Do not use creams or lotions on the area where you will apply the pads or masks. This will prevent staining and stop the fabric from absorbing the grease from the products, which could affect their effectiveness and durability.

Proper Storage: Store your pads and masks in a cool, dry, and dark place, such as a drawer. This will protect the materials from light and humidity, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
